Your personal data

Gabriel Shenouda is responsible for the data collected through the contact form. Your names and email address are required to reply. Your wedding date, venue, preferred collection and message are optional. They help us prepare a proposal. This processing is based on the steps you request before entering into a contract.

Gabriel and Alexandrine receive these details. Web3Forms handles the form submission, Gmail receives the email, and Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Technical data, including your IP address, may be processed by these providers to operate the services and prevent abuse. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their policies: Web3Forms, Google and Cloudflare.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to three years after the last contact. Records relating to a booking may be retained longer where necessary to meet legal obligations. Web3Forms retains submissions for up to three years under its own policy.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing gabriel.shenouda@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Images and booking

The photographs and texts may not be reused without permission from their rights holders. Prices shown are starting prices; the scope of coverage, travel costs and booking terms are confirmed in a personalised quote. The contact form does not create a booking.
